I'm still hesitant about laying the bottles on their side in the water, is that what you're doing or do they fit upright in the tray?

Tend to stand upright but one fell over without me noticing and don't think it suffered for it.
Yes some was tanked pretty quickly

Very nice. One of the first juices I got was banoffee cookie dough from CV, wasn't anything too special until I forgot about it for a month. Steeping transformed that juice and it was gone soon after that.
I've done my own version of it but know it's not going to be any good for a while so I'm resisting trying it for now. Can't wait to get an ultrasonic steeper now, ya bastid

Yeah i had to put most of my bottles down on their side, doesnt seem to of affected it nuch. My butterscotch and cream taste absolutely amazing. Only problem is, now i have to make more

@OccultScientist Also with the cleaner would it be safe with glass bottles?
I bought 60ml and 100ml bottles from Asda for about 25-30p in case anyone needs some.
Im waiting for my Banilla Custard to steep! I battered my last batch of 50ml within a week only managed to steep for 3 days. This could be the one
