Stuck on disposables

Hey guys,

I joined here many moons ago, but have rarely posted, sorry about that. So for years I was a happy vaper usually choosing desert flavours, custards and similar, or butterscotch popcorn was another favourite. Even though I’ve vaped for a long time, I’ve always stuck to Pockex,s because they were reliable. However at Christmas my aspire pockex broke, and I had to get an elf bar to see me through. Since then, I’ve been hooked on them, but they are so expensive and not good for the planet.

Since then, I’ve tried to wean myself off them, so I tried elfliq and similar liquids but I’m being blinded by headaches from them. I initially got 20mgs and cut down to 10 mgs, but still get them immediately, from the first vape. I don’t get headaches from the bars which are also 20mgs.

I’m at a loss now and I just don’t know what to try next.. any ideas.. I’ve tried to go back to my butterscotch popcorn, but it just doesn’t do it for me anymore,

I've never used and never will use a disposable so can't help on that, a pity you didn't have a spare PockeX and the problem would never have arisen.

Buy another Pockex and go back to using the eliquids you were using before Christmas you said you were happy with that, be cheaper as well

The Pockex is higher power (0.6 ohm) than disposables (and not great flavour reproduction).

If you're happy with the Pockex, try using the 1.2 ohm lower powered coil (with flavours you like of course, in a lower nicotine strength), or try other lower powered devices like the Innokin Go Z (with the 1.6 ohm coil).

i think your problem may be that Elfliq is 'inspired by' Elfbar e-liquid. In other words a knock off which turns out to be shite. I think your problem is simple - you've just become accustomed to a certain flavour or flavours in the Elfbar range and the copies aren't the same (and are giving you headaches).

Personally I'd give up on trying to find a copy as 99% of attempts at cloning recipes tend to be a bit shit, just look for a nic salt that hits the spot and don't even attempt to find the same stuff in a different bottle as they only put the heroin in disposables.

Nicsalt in Disposables have a super-duper sweetener(can't recall it's actual name) up to 8 times sweeter than sugar ..

That's the more addictive ingredient IMO

that’s the gear. you can buy big kilo bags of it from china for a couple of quid. i wouldn’t go near it. it’s worse than hilary briss’ special stuff.
