sugar moon e juice anyone made some

i got some sugar moon juice from mr good vape from my wee bro and was wondering has anyone managed to mix some up as it abit dear for me to buy a bottle at a time at £9 for 15ml i know the ingrediants but just not sure on the mix rate that was or would be used so any help would be good

 

[Phantom Diablo]

• 8% Grahmcracker
• 4% Sugar Cookie
• 3% Caramel
• 1%-2% Ethyl Maltol

capella concentrates.
never tried it but seems its pretty much close
