I have all ready posted on their facebook page and I encourage as many of you to as well.

There are SO many things wrong with this picture.

1. There is NO such thing as an NRT ecig. They're NOT medical!

2. There is NO combustion (we all know this) therefore it is not smoking as that implies a burning of some sort.

3. Ecigs ARE NOT covered under current no smoking legislation therefore it is NOT a criminal offense in this country.

They are using fear tactics to hide from the truth, they just dont want people to vape IN Tesco's (which I am cool with!) why would you want to vape while you grocery shop... its silly but thats just my opinion. But i do NOT agree with lies and fear mongering to make their point and neither should you!

Replied....Personally I have no issues with not being able to Vape whilst in a store, but I do have issues when the law is misrepresented (lied about) in this fashion.

I seriously, do not vape where I wouldnt smoke. I find it rude :P but to each their own ya know! Ive been absent minded a few times though and once I realize Ive taken a drag in some place like B&Q I hold it til I know nothings going to come out!

Its the lie about the criminal offense which has gotten my hackles up!

Replied. Like KMS, I also fall firmly into the "don't vape where I didn't smoke" camp when it comes to public places. I also don't shop at Tesco! When I shop I want to be in and out as quickly and painlessly as possible (ooohhhh eeeeerrrrr), not stop for a vape and a browse, but I, like everyone else, cannot abide public notices forbidding something quoting laws and legal positions which do not exist!

I have been trying to get one of the no electronic cig one on the busses. but cant seem to get it due to vibration :/ again not that I vape on the bus r would consider doing so.

Its quite silly in all honesty. I see drivers using them and it appears only Arriva here in the NW has actually banned them.

In Sheffield area its stagecoach, I only use stagecoach so cant really comment on the other providers.

I will have another go at getting a picture. Just need the busses to not be over crowded or old and worn out.

Done. Asda in my area actually allow it, but I don't vape really unless the wife is taking forever.
