Just an update...Its got a nice raspberry flavour to it but not much custard coming through,saying that all the other different R C's I've tried have not had much of a custard taste either.

Have tried the one from Pv,was ok but not tried the driphacks one,how would you describe the actual flavour of the souffle?Have seen it and always wondered.

I enjoyed the souffle.. it was just a creamy raspberry to me.
