i dont think its a matter of being scared and falling over dead.

its more a case of "they said it was stainless steel" and it turns out only parts are. i.e. not a health lawsuit, more of a misrepresentation.

thinking back...many things I vaped (and vape) are chromed mystery metal even. Only super-high end stuff was fully stainless steel.

so its more...£5 refund than "rush to the doctor" situation

Yep in this situation with the kayfun 3.1 my opinion is take a part refund, don't worry about a tiny lump of chromed brass and enjoy a bargain.

I was after a dripper without the messing about actually dripping, guess what i got. An atty that is very near as good as a dripper without the messing about. So it has a little bit of brass in it. No leaks, No broken parts, No hassle.....for £14......
