Tempting at that price and it does look good, but know if I buy it I'll play with it for a few days then it will sit in a cubard for a few years.

Anyone come across this fault ?. My Onyx Abyss keeps switching from Wattage to Volts, i don't know if juice has maybe got into the board or maybe the buttons but it's happened a few times now.

Yep on a fb page you need to contact the company and tell them and the board has a coating on it to stop this happening well that's wat I read

Feel as I’m going to take fire lol. I might need to hide in the basement.

With my Andy Dovpo hat on , I’ve been informed that Abyss faults and/or warranty issues at present go directly to Suicide Mods. Apparently regardless of how you contact them you will need to create an account and submit a ticket.

I’ve been told that this process does work and customers a dealt with efficiently. I think that this is so with it being a new device so they can monitor the role out and any issues that arise in mass.(which I personally think is right)

But at worse case certainly for me in the uk I act as a backstop should the supplier not help (even though it’s under your consumer rights) and Suicide Mods not help ( which is doubtful cos they have been pretty awesome with the couple of customers I’ve spoken to) then I’m the last port of call.

(I do expect after a duration Dovpo will take other the full responsibility of the warranty but dunno)

To be fair because of this I have a verrry limited supply so if a customer does email me then they will need to evidence that they’ve jumped through the hoops above.

Sorry I know it’s an odd one but it’s a joint venture and at present Suicide are taking the lead.

All other Dovpo products don’t have this same covenant on them.

Also to add (sorry if I’m boring anyone)

Because Suicide are getting the potentially defective products I don’t know the faults nor how to fix them. YET.

Just thought I’d jump in with a preemptive strike.

But regardless if you have a problem and nobody else can help maybe you could call the “A”ndy team
