Do you happen to have a Suicide Mods Contact for me ?, Dovpo shifting the buck lol.

So I’ve had a chat with the team at HQ .
From this day forth I’ll be accepting warranty/fault issues for the Abyss like any other Dovpo product.

At present my colour options are limited as well as stock levels, but there sending me a supply drop via the Evergreen shipping company so I’ll have a good stock in a few weeks.

Every cloud has a silver lining.

I think @LordOdin as you have started the Suicide Mods process let that run but if your not getting a result send me an email and I’ll take other.

Judging by my experiences with having to rely upon social media (facebook and messenger) THANK GOD Dovpo have listened and reacted swiftly Andy. My ONLY fear is that you will suddenly find yourself inundated and I really hope you don't get swamped? So to that end, IF there's anything that I, ot POTV can do to help, you know where to find me/us.
I wish you nothing but the very best with this project, I am sure it will tilt things in Dovpo's favour with immediate effect.

I’m certainly not going to say that myself and Dovpo are going to get it right every time , because we’re not.

But I will be responsive and helpful as I can with my limited knowledge and limited stock.

I think most members on here appreciate faults do happen. But the marker is how we make it right. That’s how I think we should be gauged.

I think the abyss to my knowledge is a good , well constructed device and is like the Swiss Army Knife of vaping. But it’s still new and there might be the odd niggle but that happens. I think to fly the flag of Dovpo we are continually listening and improving.

With regards to how can the POTV community can help.
Carry on as you are, it’s been great getting messages from members with ideas, and questions.

@dovpo_uk I too think you are going to be an asset going forward, I am quite a fan of Dovpo and have quite a few of their mods and they stand up pretty well. Although i am having that problem with my Onyx Abyss my Storm one doesn't seem affected by any problems. The thing is like many POTV members i don't use Facebook so need someone readily available to try and help sort things out if they go wrong and you seem to be filling that spot. It's early days but i haven't heard anything back from Suicide Mods but will keep you informed when i do. I think the fault is definitely down to juice/condensation getting to the buttons somehow but every time i change battery i wipe every thing down and make sure it's dry. Short of stripping it down there is not a lot more i can do but keep up the good work you are doing.

Think Ecigone have some of the New Colours at £65 or £69. I was going to get the Amethyst (Purple One) but think 2 is enough especially when one of them is playing up.
