Had a quick look at the Boxx and it doesn't look bad, Got my heart set on the new Steam Crave DNA Mod that's coming soon also the Lost Vape Hyperion. Then maybe the Box after them 2.

I’m just after an alternative to my billet box. The Boxx isn’t as aesthetically impressive as the Abyss but seems better constructed and, crucially, can be purchased with the Atmizoo Boro tank and bridge.

Nah, they’ve basically said that the ticking sound is ‘common’ with DNA60 chips (which is news to me) and that it’s perfectly safe. I offered to take it over to show them but they didn’t seem very interesting. By the way: where there office is the same place as where I purchased it from!!

Anyway, I’m happy that it’s safe, but I won’t be investing in the new colours!

Cheers Andy. As I say I’ve tried SM. Offered to take it over but not much interest. I obviously won’t sell the mod on: I’ll just stick it away in a draw and revert back to the billet box or buy the Boxx. I ain’t short of something to vape on! Just an update from me on my ticking Abyss. Had a pm from @dovpo_uk (Andy) last night. He’s been superb and I think we can solve the problem. Very rare and very welcome to get this type of after care and attention from a big Chinese player.

Thing is i rarely get angry about things but this Onyx Abyss is really pissing me off. Might see if it can bounce off walls.

We had a problem with 2 Abyss. One was 3 months old and developed a Chip problem, the other was much more new and also developed an annoying problem. I contacted Andy, after several failed attempts with Suicide Mods UK and within 24 hours everything was taken care of and sorted to our satisfaction. Cannot heap enough praise on Andy for his diligence
