I'm usually the first to remind folks that ultimately we're a bunch of weirdos and the rest of the vapers in the world (99%) recognise that we obsess over cheap Chinese electrical devices and expect top shelf hand made guarantees but the quality and service is very much improving all round.

All I can say is that I have sent feedback to HQ to look at. which I know they will cos I’ve seen the memos. But if a change happened today it wouldn’t be evident until the Evergreen unloaded in 6-8 weeks time

Your right, some companies have no regard for their customers, i will add that Dovpo don't fall into that Category, the thread has seemed to go on different tangents but that's POTV for you lol.
