What's new

The nightmare starts on Page 4

I don't see how this could really work, I mean I can towards starter kits and such, but how exactly would they regulate things like drippers?

It can't truly be enforced realistically can it? I know I'll be stockpiling nic and devices off vendors and FT before it comes into force, I can play modern day popular criminal drug dealer and sell e liquid and starter kits out of my car window..

Fuck the EU, this has become more ridiculous than they're stupid fecking Olive Oil directives. Modern day politics desperately needs change and a fresh batch of forward thinkers put in place.

Best way to deal with Mcavan, put her in a room with some vapers who are vaping nice flavours like bubblegum, whilst using penis shaped drip tips!
Her fear will kill her!

Nah too quick I'd strap her to a chair and torture the bitch - 18v drill & drillbits, pliers, salt, and sulfuric acid is all I'd need

That isn't likely to be as painful as extracting the microwave emitter from said oven, strap it & her to a bench & apply electricity.Start at her feet & slowly move the emitter towards her head.Cooking her slowly from the inside out will be excruciatingly painful.

In its current form? I dont think it is at all enforceable.

People will just start calling them what they should be instead of ecigs.

Article 18 has absolutely no idea about anything 2nd or 3rd gen other than "banning" them. Waste tax dollars on cops arresting vapers for 4 ml tanks, gimme a break!

I would have thought that most of the sting of this can be taken out by thinking that, if nic liquid is strongly regulated, we will still be able to buy it (albeit weaker than some people would like at the top end). If flavoured liquid were banned (but this would seem to need nation-specific law, which I find unlikely in the UK), one could presumably just buy some nic-free flavoured VG/PG and mix it in. It seems that vaporisers, mods, tanks, coils, etc, would still be legal, just as bongs, chillums, rizlas, are currently legal even though cannabis isn't.

What do people think?

Not sure, but I would say this: the groups opposing us will use anything - anything - against us. Since our case is clear and the science and the truth is on our side, they will scrape the barrel for things to take us to task for. Calls for torture and violence can be used against us. Imagine a Sky news reporter reading out some of these posts with an incredulous tone?

We're all angry and passionate about this, but would propose that we steer away from calling for illegal acts on our public forums...

Yeah but the levels they're talking about 20mg/ml the most you could get once you add flavours would be between 16-18mg ml a lot of people I know on here vape 24mg/ml
