FDA announces Proposed
regulations for e cigarettes
In a behavior that mimics last year, the FDA has announced that they will be issuing proposed regulations for electronic cigarettes in April of this year.
While last year’s announcement of pending regulation came and went, this year looks a bit different. Specifically due to the hearing held by the FDA last December. So it would seem that some sort of action is going to be taken. Submissions are still being taken for your opinion to be heard by the FDA at Regulations.gov. these statements along with results of the hearing will be presented to congress. The last day for submitting opinions will be January 16th, so act upon this and encourage your fellow vapers to do so as well.

More information on the call to action can be found at CASAA.org.Idaho Brick and mortar featured
The Idaho Press Tribune recently ran a positive story featuring local Idaho brick and mortar Vapoligy, and co-owner of Vapoligy, Ginger Longden. It was not long ago that owner Jim Longden of Vapoligy testified at his local city council meeting with other local vapers in order to retain the right to continue selling and using e cigarettes.

This week we take a look at the honesty of science. This week the hashtag overlyhonestmethods was used by a Dr. Leigh, along with a tweet that showed a scientific confession. Other individuals in the scientific community joined in with their confessions with humorous results. Here are a few:
