What's new

This is like a parody of itself

Oh my god.

Teens are going to smoke, or vape, no matter what. We all know what it was like having a crafty fag behind the area everyone went to smoke at school.

I don't know anyone who has started vaping and went on to smoke-but I know many people who have smoked and turned to vaping.

The antifreeze comment, just, well, I don't know what to say.

Reminds me of the dangers of Dihydrogen monoxide, and people wanting that banned. Bet those people felt like complete fools when they found out what Dihydrogen monoxide was-some US state governors even wanted to ban it lol.

And here, for the curious lol.. The following is a description of water!

"They are marketed as being “milder” than nicotine, so people do not think they are as bad for their health."

What the fuck does this even mean? If a newspaper is going to make something up, I'd expect them to at least have the good grace to make it make sense.

NO! YOU FUCKING IDIOT. They are not "marketed" as "milder than nicotine", they are proven to NOT contain all the other fucking shit like oh i dunno - fucking TAR (the #1 most damaging ingredient in tobacco).

And this
I have no desire to give up smoking as I enjoy it so much, but I know I ought to

Edit: Article is a fake, Angela Garvin doesn't exist for all I care. Fuck this shit.

I believe that was one of the best pranks pulled.

It also goes to show you how absolutely ANYTHING can be made to seem dangerous, especially if a name not generally recognised to describe a substance is used.

If anyone doesn't know the story behind the DHMO prank/story/ US states trying to ban WATER, I suggest reading-it really is funny lol.

OK, I am going to rewatch this, as I was getting a pretty good vibe from the majority, apart from the female MP who stated about 'Noxious chemicals'.

What the hell is milder nicotine meant to mean-you might have a bottle that is say 18MG, and a bottle of juice with 3MG nicotine, these are simply different strengths though.

Ambiguous, hard to understand wording seems to be a staple of some MP's. They may have a lot more money than the majority of us-but it still doesn't make them as thick as two planks.
Or, the more dangerous, is when they fully understand what they mean, but use terminology like this for their own agenda. The more intelligent, deceptive ones are the ones to watch.

I still am confused about the TPD, and exactly what is going on myself.
