we all know its about money. The WHO released a document recently that said the only way to cut smoking usage by 1/3 by 2025 was to raise taxes on cigs even higher. that DOESNT stop people from smoking...thats been proven all ready!

I was reading an article earlier where it was observed that smoking is a pastime of the poorer members of society and that middle class society has the lowest number of smokers. Therefore clobbering the poorest in society by increasing the tax further just makes WHO look like they're knowledgeable about tobacco control when the evidence demonstrates they actually know less than the average dog turd.
