Made one of these bodies for @bigwhiterabbit about a week ago he had a interesting new 10mm firing button for it, don't want give away what he used but he might share.

So just got back from the LSE vape meet (piss up) so forgive poor explin.....

made it wider because I had to (it was not fun) as the only box section I could find was 3" x 1.5 " and as it was from the US it was 1/8" thick, I couldn't find anything closer to the final size and the wall thickness robs 6.4 mm of space (not literally, but u know what i mean). Essientally the bottom of the 510 needs to not touch or over lap the battery, 38 mm width (- 6.4 mm) and we want to have a 22 mm atty/510 the centre of which is 11 mm from the outer edge. The Varitube nut is 12 mm across flats so add another 6 mm so the battery has to be 17 mm from the 510 side (abs min, need some extra tolerance), 38 mm (total width) - 3.2 mm (wall width, battery side not 510 side) - 17 mm (above) - 18.5 mm (battery diameter) = not enough room.

Lovely looking mod that. Good work. I'm looking to make myself a mini dna40 but that will happen in time. I think I will pull together the bits and when the mod I have in mind inevitably goes pop I have the stuff to build the new improved model
