I received my sample of snake oil around 2 weeks ago, I left it in my dark box whilst working my way through my half open bottles.
So I bought a new coil pack for the iclear 30s on the weekend, new coil and a tank of snake oil. I hated it, it tasted burnt. So I changed the coil again and tried again, exactly the same yucky taste.
After a few emails between me and Simon, he told me he was using an iclear 30s too, and I was having wicking issues.
So today I put yet another new coil in, removed the plastic top part, and the floating filler wick, put 2 drops of juice down the coil, refitted the plastic bung, filled her up and waited 10 minutes.
Tried again, and all I can say is wow! My taste buds have no idea what's going on, from the mild fruity/menthol/citrus/anise.
It's such a nice vape, smells pure, tastes pure, kind of organic and not 'factory produced'. It is quite possibly the nicest vape I have EVER had.
Throughout the course of the weekend, Simon has offered the most help I have ever received from aftersales, emailing me back usually in minutes and with his help and advice on nic levels and atomisers.
I would like to show my appreciation for him, will definitely be dealing with him again now I have found my new addiction.
Well done to a top bloke! Just gutted I wasted half my juice changing bloody duff coil heads!
