Totally Wicked and Article 20...

I've been looking in to article 20... it's rather scary that they want to ban a load of products and as always, and assume they will whack the tax up on them (surprise, surprise)

If it was to come in to place, would this mean they will confiscate any products purchased before the law would be enforced?

Just wondering, it's a difficult read and should probably be doing uni work. I really hope that this law won't become a thing. It's ridiculous. xxx

We still live in a democracy, so the only thing that can realistically be banned is nicotine.

Safety measures can be imposed on mods and batteries and regulations tightened up on eliquid, but this wouldn't necessarily be a bad thing.

The last time I checked, the proposal for nicotine was to limit it to 20mg/ml, which will be a PITA for DIYers who want to vape close to that, but, overall there should be little disruption to our activities.

Unless new proposals have come which I'm unaware of.

According to Totally Wicked consumers won't be able to purchase tanks about 2ml. Which is a bit of a bummer as I love bigger tanks. And would this mean you couldn't make your own liquids?
