Now hopefully cropper keeps his head down and mouth shut until the case is heard. As he can do more harm than good to his imagine due to not thinking before speaking.

As much as I am loathe to compliment TW at all and certainly would object to the term 'manufacturer' labelling them it's good the industry as a whole is standing against the directive rather than as I feared would happen those who would be least affected by or able to profit from the directive actively throwing others under the bus in the name of business and protecting their niche as so often happens

Yep, this is going to drag on and on and on, which is no bad thing in some ways.
The longer the current market has to grow without draconian over regulation, the better.

Whilst I would have loved to see the TPD defeated at the EU Parliament stage I never really thought it would happen.
I just hope the courts are more sensible.
