UK Government response on TPD petition and 2ml tank query.

UK Government response to TPD petition here..

It says that refillable tanks will be limited to 2ml.
My query being...
Might tanks bigger than 2ml still be legally available for vaping non-nic juice?
Presumably if juice doesn't contain nicotine then it isn't subject to TPD regulation.
Any thoughts please....

In theory you are right. In practice that will never happen. If they impose a 2ml limit you would only be able to get 2ml (in the UK anyway) China looks good now

Thanks for the reply. I've been off here over summer so out of the TPD loop a bit.
Is it looking like we'll still be able to buy regular sized tanks etc direct from China after TPD comes in?
