Don't really understand this thread, but here goes:

@zouzounaki I want to make something with my beloved AM4A, want to boost it's tobacco without messing with the other accents. Was thinking a small amount of black for pipe (don't say smoke and prunes please!) as I currently can't readily get FA's Dark Vapure or Perique (I know, these are supposed to be tobaccos but to me they both taste like roasted peppers - still I like them with AM4A). Perhaps 2.5% AM4A and 0.5% black for pipe, with a touch of sweetener to, erm, sweeten it.

I would have said smoke and prunes, to be honest, but since you’ve asked me not to...

How about adding either 0.5% dnb or 2 or 3% of one of the absolutes? I’d probably go with cuban cigar.

I think the am4a / black for pipe combo might work, but it might change the flavour significantly. Although this could be a good thing.

If you want it sweeter try EM, I really can't imagine a sucrolose effect in a tobacco vape. I wouldn't use either though myself, one of the sweeter vanillas, a touch of marshmallow, or caramel would probably work better.

TY, I'll have a go. Maybe I'll have a separate one with some FA Latakia. I've spent the last month or so vaping mostly sweet stuff, custards, lemon tarts and my usual RY4s but now feel like having some tobaccoey tobacco.

@Biochemist sorry I can’t help with sweetener, I’ve never used it. What @Simon G says seems sensible, though.

I’d stay low with the smoke and prunes. 0.5%, and let it sit a couple of weeks to let it mellow out.

Have you tried the inawera RYO, @Biochemist ? It’s really good, I would highly recommend it.

TY, I was thinking to use it at 0.5%.

I have tried it at 2% but got disappointing as I got...nothing from it - it is a common issue I have with INW tobaccos, I hijacked a thread of yours about FA tobaccos describing how they've disappointed me.

That’s interesting @Biochemist , I find the smoke and prunes very strong. I mixed a tester at 2% when I first got it and had to dilute it, it was overpowering.

Sorry, I was talking about RYO, I haven't tried smoke and prunes yet but will make a mix with AM4A these days when I get some time.
