What is this caterpillar chow? I remember @Simon G and @Crewella talking about it before. Is it savoury? Will I like it? Will it blend well with prunes and fag smoke?

I think you would like it, I use 10% as a main flavour but what you have to remember is it's not one flavour concentrate, it's the equivalent of using say 2% biscuit, 2% caramel, 2% Nuts, 2% RY4, 2% cereal. It is quite savory in a way but also sweet. @Discomatt said it reminded him of icecream cones and Malted Milk biscuits.

It reminds me of the spiritwalker base, I mix it with that TPA pistachio and Cap gingerbread for a gingerbread version. It's a great base to add other notes too.

Simon I’m totally in love with that pistachio chow! I desperately want to add some tobacco or a dark fruit to it! Yup totally reminds me of ice cream cones and it’s really oddly moreish. In fact it’s worryingly moreish!

Sorry to butt in, but what would you all recommend in terms of bottles, droppers etc as a basic stuff to get into DIY mixing? I've seen starter kits online but would probably prefer to buy things separately.

I mix by weight, so all I bought to get started was some cheap scales. I used old re-juiced bottles washed out at first. I buy my PG and VG from Vapable usually but it's all the same stuff pretty much.

lol, welcome to the DIY side then I guess, because I'm not making you any more!! ;) :D

I think some FA soho would work well in it. Maybe some cherry or raisin for a fruit note?
