USA Brands Made in UK, is it true?

Morning,

Whilst searching multiple uk based vendor sites, i was amazed at some of the low prices of USA company juice on offer.

Reached out to a mate of good knowledge in the scene who informed me that the majority of USA juice is manufactured here
In the north of UK to the same (or as close) to recipe?
Even though some sites claim the item on display in description says made in the USA it’s actually made in the UK as are the majority of well known USA ejuice?

Is there any accuracy to this claim and anyone able to offer further background?

The website is dysfucntional now, at least for me, but the American brand Kilo some time ago opened the UK/EU arm using kiloeu.com.
To me it is pretty obvious that best what I would do would be sending the concentrate over the ocean and dilute it locally to save on the "filler" cost.
If I would like to step further in savings, I would just send the recipe over the water...
And I do not think that others do think otherwise. Therefore if there is a "local arm" then IMHO most likely the liquids are manufactured locally.
