Welcome aboard, and well done for giving up the stinkies. I gave up in January after smoking since 1965. I still can't believe how easy vaping made it.

Welcome to POTV its worked for me used to get through 12.5grms a day of amber leaf, not had a stinky in 3 weeks and four days, just wished I'd made the transition a bit earlier.

Hi and welcome, Im the same, stopped smoking two weeks ago today, no one i know could believe i stopped.
Im loving vaping and have had no cravings for cigs. Most of smoking i think is just pure habit.

Good on you for giving up the analogues. I've not quit quite yet, but I'm down to one or two a day from about twenty rollies. Just need that extra push now to quit the dreaded weed for good!

I've not put any pressure on myself to quit the fags, just started vaping to see how I get on. I've cut down from 20 a day to about 4 now, still no pressure tho!

hi everyone, surprise surprise, I used to smoke, I gave up using a lot of methods before but I have always gone back to it :-( This time though, I feel happier, glad to have found something similar to smoking but much healthier and even more enjoyable, I would recommend vaping to everyone, even those smokers who do not wish to stop. Anyway lots to do, take care everyone and Vape on!
