What's new

Using Fused Clapton Ni80 for the First Time

I'm gonna have to do a help thread. It's a disaster. New tank, new build, new ohms (much lower than expected), 0.18ohms at 60 watts, it's both insipid and too much at the same time, fuck all vapour, cause I can barely suck (scuse) I've fucked up the wicking cos it's pissing eliquid everywhere... and I look like I've either been maced or doing hot knives. It tastes of the liquid strong but also tastes like licking a rusty barge. It's thoroughly unpleasant. It's both funny and awful. Bloody useless at this stuff.

I'm not laughing, honestly.
What tank are you using, was it you with the Steamcrave?

Answered my own question, Steamcrave dual coil. I have that too, but V2, I'm running at 105 w 0.12, loads of vapour & flavour.
Sounds like you may not have the cotton tight enough in the coils, too thin.
Can you show a photo of your build, wicked?

Yeah, I've started a help thread. And really I don't mind folk laughing because it's bloody funny. I'll post a pic. there.

2 answer your second question, and someone has probably told u by now, dry burn ni80 till it turns blue.

If u go too far it will start to look grey and ashy. If that happens the coild is no longer safe to use

When you say blue you mean the metal yes?

Yes, when i am referring to dryburning a coil until it turns blue, i am referring to metal,
