vamo voltage, wattage drops?

probably a silly question but having a few probs on the vamo
only got it today...but i change volts to 4 and watts to 8... then if i go back to volts to change it its back at lowest setting....so i change that to 4 again....back in watts and thats now dropped to lowest setting.
is this right? i cant adjust them without the other dropping?

what model is it? v2 v3 v5? you can download user manuals but I think its watts or volts

v2, i think i have it sorted...it appears i can adjust volts then exit to watts...adjust that and it seems to save it, but if i go back to volts...it starts all over again from lowest on both

I am sure that you only have either/or with a Vamo. ie, either adjustable voltage OR adjustable wattage. The adjustable wattage setting will automatically adjust the voltage depending on the resistance of the attached coil/device. Makes sense really, as being able to adjust both voltage and wattage together would only benefit the sales of atomisers/clearo's/carto's due to every man and his dog blowing up their coils!

As cheersm8 says, you can set the vamo to work in EITHER voltage or wattage, not both.

Whats already been said.set the watts to where you get the best vapeand leave it there.It will adjust the volts to suit the atty you put on it.
