Anyone had trouble waiting on there first Vape crate and getting a hold of them. Pretty sure they were meant to send mine out yesterday and they haven't replied to my email or my message I sent them on Facebook

Vape Crate

Not sure how they are posted out to people but this weeks royal mail deliveries, well ladt weeks too, have been terrible, huge delays both my private (home) post and works post. Not had any post today at work and it tends to arrive every other day at best!
 
Second that @misspepper royal mail have been crap this week in the SE
 
i have noticed that royal mail is awful this week too, even registered post tracking info not getting updated, let alone deliveries taking far longer than normal AND misdelivered.

...anyway, back to the point. i have always had speedy responses dealing with the guys at vape crate, via email or even through their "chat to an advisor" type thing on their website.
 
Same trouble here n'all, 30ml of juice was sent last Wednesday, by first class post, yet no sign of it so far, but at least the postie has some fine juice to vape on, the xxxx!!!!

Luckily a replacement was sent out today, free of charge, yet I'm still hacked off by it!!
 
Pretty sure I should have had my second crate by now but no mails and no contact from mails sent to them there also seems to be one or two pee'd off peeps on their FB site at the moment. Last month I got a mail and info when the crate was posted.....

Really am sorry for getting back to you all so late, not something we're doing intentionally. We have become extremely busy over the past few weeks and have had to relocate to new offices! Thanks, I understand that business can be busy and I am happy to say that my crate turned up this morning. :-)

I'd suggest that possibly a calendar of expected delivery dates or a mail going out saying when they have been dispatched would be a really good idea, this would stop a large number of queries that you receive.
