Would love to go might see if I can get the Saturday off work, then I need to figure out how on earth I could get there as I can’t drive for long now days and then I need to wangle going away leaving the wife with the twins...must try and find a way.

Im sad to say that i dunno if I'll make to fest now this year as it costs a bloody fortune to travel up from London and a room for one night, but I've not given up yet im gonna exhaust every avenue first. Gonnies never say die

I'm still looking forward to it, but in 2016 there was a real buzzz in the run up to VF. 2017 the buzz was there, but less so, and as a consequence, (and probably partially due to weather), the attendance was way down. This year there doesn't seem to be much noise being made about it at all? Or am I just being ignorant?
I love VF. I can't be doing with the thieving ,free shit, spark-your-granny-for-a-t-shirt minority at the indoor events, I'd get into all sorts of trouble so I avoid them like the plague(I'm far happier outdoors, and indeed safer in open spaces ) , and I genuinley look forward to VF.
I REALLY hope this year trumps last year, but looking at the vendors list and the lack of buzz surrounding it I dunno?




Is there a forum presence this year @junglist @OccultScientist . I know you pair are busy bees atm...

Somebody's got to pitch the tent & get the kettle on [emoji3]. If the weather stays decent there should be a good turnout but yeah the vendor list is a bit meh. Don't see many from here promoting it.
