Thank you Keef Wright at Vapegear, you've got a customer for life!
I rang Keef today about a faulty product, and I was very impressed with the way he dealt with my complaint. What a cool layed back guy! We agreed that I keep the product and fiddle about with it and he would refund me £20.00 (The total was 39.99) I was very pleased with the outcome because a lot of the problem was a spring and the finish, and as home made wrap and a new spring would take care of that. Imagine my suprise to see that Keith / Vapegear had given me a full refund!
Now that is four star customer service!
