We found out this morning (Mon 23rd) that our email system has been down since Friday 
It's all fixed now and is working as it should. If anyone has sent us email though between about 11pm Friday night(Feb 20th), and Midday today (23rd) we won't have received it.
We have received all orders placed over the weekend as those are via a different system and all orders will be posted out today as normal, if you've sent email for help and support over the weekend though please resend them and we will reply to you as soon as possible.
If you sent us support mail last week and haven't yet got a response it's likely that the system was on the blink and it didn't get through before it totally died on Friday night. Again if you resend any mail we'll reply to it as soon as possible.
