So it turns out it was nothing at all to do with vaping this shrub made a half ass attempt at suicide
by shooting himself in the mouth with a blank round WTF and when that failed (surprise!) he tried
to cover his earth shattering stupidity by blaming his mod and thus generating this shitstorm
of debate, argument and finger pointing.
