OK so I've got two local shops that I've had exceptional service from. In a time when customer service is on the back burner for a lot of shops/retail establishments, it's awesome to find some that really take time out, offer advice, and do their best for the customer!
So in no particular order....
The VapeShack in Mildenhall - Brett and Mary are incredibly helpful, and ensured that I had an order when I needed it, and kept communication open to make sure I was happy, another order has now gone to them.
SmokShop in Norwich - without the time taken by Dan and Shrek in there, I would not have had a clue with regards to dripping, coil building etc etc. The guys are knowledgable and are happy to spend time talking you through stuff. Can't go by there without buying something these days LOL
As I said, no particular order, both are fantastic establishments - and I'm a miserable bastard and tough to please LOL
