Anyone got any experience of Vaporesso’s CS?

Bought a gen 200. Battery indicators just stay on whatever the batteries were on when I put them in the mod. So if they’re 50% it stays on 50%. If they’re full, it stays on full etc.

Have tried to contact Vaporesso CS but haven’t received any response. Have emailed via the address on their website. No reply. Messaged them on Facebook, no reply, but they’ve read the message. Messaged the rep on here. No reply.

I’m just trying to see if people have had good experiences with them, if so I’ll keep trying but if not I’ll stop wasting my time and bin the mod.

Thanks!

No idea about their customer service, but...

Edit: I see you've already messaged here... I must remember to read posts before commenting. :)

@Jerri Have you tried taking the batteries out and leaving them out for a minute, then putting them back in? My 200 will show the battery level from the last set of batteries if I pull the old ones out and put the new ones in too quickly. It seems to have a memory problem. I think others reported the same during the community review testing.

Don't know if it's the same problem, figured I'd ask.

I haven’t! I usually just swap them over quickly. But it seems my issue is slightly different as it registers the battery level when I switch batteries over. It just doesn’t move from that no matter how low the batteries get.

But if I put a charge cable in, it displays the battery level. Plugged a charge cable In earlier (just to mention I don’t charge onboard I just did it to see if it would make a difference), batteries showed as 20% but the battery indicators were still full.

I will give that a go though as it can’t hurt.

When you take the batteries out, press the fire button. Then put the new batteries in.

We noted this in the review, not a massive issue, but the above is a workaround.

So in the review units there were issues with the battery meters just staying on whatever they are on when batteries are inserted?

Mine detects the battery level when I put mew batteries in, it just doesn't move from that level. So to get the general battery level I'd have to remove the batteries, press the fire button and replace them?

The battery level should drop as the voltage in the cells decrease.

Drop @Vaporesso a private message and advise of the problem. They usually reply the following morning.

As I said in my OP I have already done so and received no response.

Also emailed them and messaged them on social media. No reply.

Depends when you messaged them. They are in china, and my dealings with them have always been next day replies due to the time difference.

The other option (depending how old your kit is), is to speak to the retailer you bought it from

Go wonky. I Pm'd them here numerous times to no avail. Gave up in the end and just threw it in a drawer.
