Vaporesso customer service.

Yeah that’s true. But it would have taken them a few seconds to reply to my message saying sorry we can’t help as we’re marketing.

Don’t get me wrong, buying vape gear is a bit strange as we kind of accept that CS from the manufacturers is often times less than stellar, but companies straight up ignoring customers is a bug bear of mine.

yes it’s not good, especially when they are frequently on here posting bizarre spam in their own section.
 
@Jerri, i have sent an email yesterday to the last person i dealt with at Vaporesso, they replied this morning saying they have had an internal transition (i can only assume it means staff reshuffle).

However, someone should reply to you soon. I mentioned you tried email and PM, so hopefully you should get a response through one of these methods.

Not sure it'll be today due to the time difference, but hopefully mon-tues when they are back in the office.

Sadly I’ve still not had a reply.

The PM I sent here did get a response. But just telling me to check my spam folder. Which I had already done several times.

They are quick enough to put up posts for the Gen 200 New Colours but can't contact someone seeking help. I can't believe how calm @Jerri is due to all this. Boycott @Vaporesso until they have the decency to respond. lol

It’s strange, when you buy vape stuff, You accept that if it’s faulty you may just have wasted your money as the manufacturer will 9 times out of 10 be useless. And a lot of vendors will try to say they don’t offer warranty or 30 day warranty. Which is utter bull. But for some reason vapers (myself included) just accept this.

The ignoring the customer however winds me right up, there’s isn’t a single valid excuse for it.

It’s a shame as I do like Vaporesso stuff. But I won’t be buying any in future.
 
you can only conclude that it’s ultimately disposable. it might work but maybe not, and if not it is for the bin.

I am the same with Geek Vape, i had a Zeus Tank and all the Paint Came off in the Ultrasonic Cleaner, i e-mailed them and sent Pics and never got a reply, now i don't even look at their stuff. I do find that some of the lesser popular brands are pretty good at responding to Customers. I think big companies think they have plenty of consumers so why worry about the odd one which is totally wrong. That happens with a lot of things though. I have had the same Broadband supplier for about 10 years, my current contract finishes in September and they say to renew, the best deal they can offer is £30 per month but New Customers can get the same deal for £22. I have told them where to shove it. They will also lose my Phone and Mobile Money as well.

That’s why I buy most of my kits from @TECC I’ve had a couple of occasions with faulty kits, I phone them tell them the problem if it can’t be resolved over the phone they send a replacement the next day with a prepaid envelope for the faulty one to send back. I have had brilliant customer service from them.
