Literally couldn’t have been happier with the customer service you provided when I had an issue with the riva.

Vaporesso could learn a lot from dovpo!

Really poor show from Vaporesso.
 
I'd really expect better from @Vaporesso - perhaps admit should lock their section of the forum until they reply?

They're not on here but you can add Vandy Vape to the list of companies with great customer service. They've gone above and beyond to help their customers who have had issues with their Pulse AIOs, extending the warranty to 1 year which is pretty much unheard off in the vaping industry.
 
I guess they help to keep us running... through advertising / vendor status $$$ or whatever. And they have done some very nice giveaways. And on the whole, their products are very good.

But... it's a massive shame they can't do better in this respect.
 
It is a shame, i honestly believed they would of been in touch with him by now. I won't be buying anything of theirs in the future that's for sure.

That’s good to hear. Been looking at the pulse 1.5 as I fancy trying an AIO.
