Vaporesso customer service.

Why should you have to remove a post to get them to get something sorted, if they had replied in the first place you wouldn't of had to make a post, Vaporesso had gone further down in my estimation. Tell them to go feck themselves, politely ofc.

Thankfully it’s all sorted now. I contacted the Vaporesso agent @[mention]Ian (Dispergo) [/mention]gave me the details of and it’s now all sorted. Took all of five minutes.
 
Just as a last update. Got my replacement gen kit this morning and the rep has thrown in another iTank in as an apology for the issues. Which is a lovely gesture.

So, in conclusion if you can get hold of a local rep then vaporesso CS is fantastic. If you can’t, then you’re banging your head against a brick wall!
 
That's great news @Jerri, I'm so happy that you've got it all sorted now sorted now, and finally have something you can enjoy after all the effort you've put in.

It ultimately sounds more like a communication/contact issue rather than a customer service issue though rather than a genuine uncaring one.

TBH given my own attempts to correspond with them in the past, I know it can be an ordeal.

It was the contact [mention]Ian (Dispergo) [/mention] gave me in the UK that sorted it for me.

In all honesty I don’t believe it would be anywhere near sorted were I still having to deal with over seas. But that’s a moot point now as it is sorted.

I had the original gen and loved it. The gen 200 is just as lovely!
