Vaporesso customer service.

I'd really expect better from @Vaporesso - perhaps admit should lock their section of the forum until they reply?

They're not on here but you can add Vandy Vape to the list of companies with great customer service. They've gone above and beyond to help their customers who have had issues with their Pulse AIOs, extending the warranty to 1 year which is pretty much unheard off in the vaping industry.

the extra 1 year warranty is a massive bonus as you say & for those that have issues & are in a certain group even Tony B will step in & help.
 
Just to update this.

I finally got a reply via Facebook today once again asking me to check spam folder. I have done so daily since sending the email as I know sometimes replies from overseas will be seen as spam.

I replied saying that, then got another reply saying that my email has been replied to twice already and they’ll reply a third time. Please check spam.

Low an behold there’s an email from Vaporesso in my spam folder.

Seems odd to me that two emails vanished into the ether but I suppose these things happen. Hopefully I can get it sorted now without further issue.

I hope so. Has put me off them sadly.

Should’ve been this much effort. But hopefully it’ll go smoothly from here.
 
Good to hear @Jerri , i would be the same as you, when you buy anything you expect support from the maker, and your absolutely right it shouldn't have taken this long.
