What's new

Vaporesso customer service.

Anyone got any experience of Vaporesso’s CS?

Bought a gen 200. Battery indicators just stay on whatever the batteries were on when I put them in the mod. So if they’re 50% it stays on 50%. If they’re full, it stays on full etc.

Have tried to contact Vaporesso CS but haven’t received any response. Have emailed via the address on their website. No reply. Messaged them on Facebook, no reply, but they’ve read the message. Messaged the rep on here. No reply.

I’m just trying to see if people have had good experiences with them, if so I’ll keep trying but if not I’ll stop wasting my time and bin the mod.

Thanks!
Hi my friend, sorry for the late reply, as we double checked with our customer service, they have replied your email and later they will reply you again.

I've had so much vape mail end up in the Spam folder it's ridiculous, even after previously marking them not as Spam.

I set special rules for certain addresses now to help avoid it.

Well done @Vaporesso on finally coming good, and well done @Jerri on your perseverance with the device and them!

It is good that they have got in touch, but I doubt it would off happened without help. Not the best customer care, for sure.
(just my opinion).

Thing is I checked my spam folder daily as I know a lot of over seas email replies end up in the spam folder. There was definitely no emails from Vaporesso.

Unfortunately that’s my feeling too.
Yes mate, for a company that big its crap. But shows they don't care. I try as much as possible to keep to small companies, but at times you have no choice.

They’ve also messaged me on Facebook asking me to remove this post now they’ve replied.

That doesn’t sit well with me at all.

Why should you have to remove a post to get them to get something sorted, if they had replied in the first place you wouldn't of had to make a post, Vaporesso had gone further down in my estimation. Tell them to go feck themselves, politely ofc.
