VG juice & Clearomizer

I've read recently that I shouldn't be using just VG in my clearomizer - is that right? Is that what my hits seem to be failing most of the time and I'm not getting a constant taste?

It will be thick as pure VG. Do you tip it so it soaks the tops of the wicks? Not as easy but if you keep it at a 45 degree angle it should soak up ok.

Im using 50/50 in clearo's with good results

VG is too thick for clearomizer, you may get burnt taste, pg and pg+vg base will be great for clearomizer,ask the vendor before you buy the juice

Given half a chance I'll be off to Northampton market to get some various 50/50s and a new load of clearos.

This certainly doesn't love 100%VG and the pair of us are struggling with each other.

As previously mentioned, VG is thick. Some people water it down at the mixing stage with either distilled water (some use tap water, or tap water boiled), or vodka if they want a good throat hit. How about trying adding a small amount of water to your clearo and try it? Worst case you've wasted a little juice, best case you cure it.

I've been using bobas (100vg) in a clearo for a while now with no problems. Takes a day or two to bed in but after that all good.

I bought some fruity vapes 50/50 and P70/30V today, which tasted good at the stall. However, since I spent an hour waiting for the wife to leave work puffing away I was amazed at how quickly I detested fruity vapes. I really missed my Expresso Mocha.

Really.

So I rinsed out the cartos and popped my VG back in with a touch of water. Now I'm just waiting for the sickly sweet perfume-like scent and taste of the strawberry, banana and blueberry to go. £12 down the drain there but at least I've made another discovery.

The wife has said she'll stump up for a new system which'll vape my VG properly...just need to hunt something down tonight now.

I was getting a sore throat/bad chest when I was using 70/30. Only switched to 50/50 yesterday and all well again
Would be interested in 100% VG though...
