Vivi nova not screwing together

Hi All, first post!....just got a Vivi Nova V3, put juice in then go to screw the top on and it's as if there are NO threads to screw too, I have taken it apart, made sure the bits inside are all tight etc. I am now at a loss....any help would be great.....Thanks in advance Rob.

The way I'm looking at this... Is it comes pre-assembled so there must be something to screw into, any way of uploading a photo?

Hi, Thanks but, it's as if there are NO threads, they just push together as though the tank glass/plastic was split. I don't think a picture would be of any help.

does the metal top part have any threads on it?

the metal part screws onto the tank (plastic) itself, then a drip tip just pushes onto the metal part.

Hi, the top with the drip tip screws on "just" buy one thread, and the bottom part seems to just push over the threads and have no bite at all, it must be a bad one I guess.....?

TO be honest, may be worth putting a picture up of the threads on the tank, and on the metal parts.
Send the vendor an email as well

I did contact the vendor, he said NO PROBLEM I will send another out today But after having a good look, the build quality on this Vivi Nova V3 3.5ml is awful, I would think the replacement will have problems. I will try to find something better built. It came in a nice box though ....... lol!
