The markings have come off the tubing ... Is this common or have I been sold a fake ?

Hi Razor, I wouldn't worry. You've probably just got some juice on your hand at some point whilst filling it etc' and it could easily happen. Fake or not I wouldn't worry about that either - I've had many different vaping products some OK and some copies for sure but the build quality is generally so up and down anyway that I've had fakes outlast OEM's so I wouldn't worry about that either. In other words - don't worry, be happy and vape on.

In fairness i have different novas of different vendors, who both say they have the original. They are actually slightly different sizes, yet both vape well and tbh i couldn't care less. I have recently bought metal tubes for them all and new wicks and they are all fine. So bottom line is i really wouldn't worry mate. Vape on and be happy

Like the others have said I wouldn't worry about it. Just remember not to fill it over 3/4's as it will gurgle its tits off

Also make my own wicks now, some with stainless steel mesh

it must got some nic liquid on it as nicotine is erosive.
