I can confirm the 1 ohm mtl in the vim with airflow covered feels like trying to suck a frozen McDonald's milkshake thru a straw [emoji106]

Imo it's tiiight.

I'm using it with the flow open for as long as the coil lasts now and it's not to shabby considering I prefer dtl over mtl.

Yup too tight for me also, it's as tight as you can get and still function, the idea was that people could poke a hole in it or snip it to bigger if they wished something more bespoke, but it may be better just to do varying size replacements to make it easier.

I suppose some people like it like that, I'm getting used to it now with flow open.

You know it's not that tight for a MTL draw..... I like it and I wouldn't if it was that tight., it's pretty comparable to the Hastur mini on it's largest hole (which is where I use mine) and I can tell you for sure there's people on this forum that like it even tighter that that.

I actually think they've got it spot on, going on what I read in the MTL section about different tanks and settings, I think this is right in the middle of a good MTL draw. I could have it a fraction looser but much looser and people would be saying it's not 'real' MTL.

Well it's infinitely tighter than the nautilus x 1.8 ohm airflow nearly closed and I thought that was a mtl tank?

I'm no mtl expert but it's like a mcds milkshake thru a tiny straw (imo)

I really like the idea of being able to swap or modify the bung. It’s a touch too tight for me although I like a looser Mtl now I predominantly Dtl, but my gf who is currently smoking( and will be probably using this device to get off the fags, cos so far it seems perfect for her needs) quite likes it the way it is. Being able to cater to both would certainly be a benefit to me. Like djdoc says standard ones the user can cut to fit would presumably far easier from jac vapours point of view and serve the end user just fine.

It's just what you are used to really ..... when I go from tank to tank they usually feel really loose or tight at first but after a while, you get used to it.

I'm not a hard sucker though so it doesn't really matter that much to me, I'm never sucking so hard that it feels like trying to suck a thick milkshake, I just suck gently and leave it there as long as it takes to fill my mouth, let the tank give the air it wants too kind of thing.

I’m also not a hard sucker and it works just fine to me and really doesn’t bother me. Just if given a choice Id take a tough airier draw.i think it’s just cos I want my mouth to fill with that sweet sweet nicotine a little quicker because I’m impatient. But in no way would it put me off using this device.

Once this 1.0 mtl coils done I have some 1.0 dtl from the s22 I'll try one see how much difference there is.

One of the great things apart from the devices for me is the coils.

The choice and quality of em.

Turbo coils coming soon along with pods give the vim a mass of different options.
