WANTED: People for testing our new device

Just been on another Vape Forum to put forward JACvapour as a decent , peer reviewed and reliable product and checked this thread.

It's been going since June 21st and is 73 pages long. Thats a lot of Photos, feedback, banter, improvements tweaks and advice between participants.
It's been a very positive read and I wish more manufacturers could be arsed doing this amount of interaction with Vapers

JACvapour have been very consistent and quick in replying to questions, or attempting to rectify issues (I just read a bit about "shore hardness" of materials that items are made from).

This stuff is fascinating from many perspectives and does concrete my image of JACvapour stuff as well trialed and tested by normal Vapers (normal excepting those who are extra special!!) in everyday circumstances.
Nowt too flash, and a product called "wee Vim" to boot!

I salute you all, and thanks for the entertaining, and occasionally, very informative thread!
Long may it continue and while interaction between Vapers and a Mod Producer is this well balanced and productive I'd be happy to continue to recommend JACvapour products to new Vapers.

I only discovered this thread over the weekend a really interesting read.
I bought a couple of Vims on the classifieds, as I wanted a simple replaceable MTL coil device.
my own fault as I forgot to check, but I ended up with nearly all DL coils.
I sent Jacvapour an email asking if I could replace them for MTL coils.
they couldn't have been any more helpful, nothing was a bother to them, truly fantastic customer service.
and to top it all I love the device, not had any issues up to now.
I've already started recommending the VIM to other vapers,...it's great we have a UK company making value for money and good quality stuff, and that values it's customers.
Hope it gets the success it deserves.

I've had exactly the same issue with the first three coils in the pack. 24 hrs and they're blocked. Worked thru the first 3 and I had just installed the fourth yesterday and was a couple of hours in when the VIM fell out of my pocket as I walked thru my front door coming back from a dog walk. And exactly like my test VIM it screwed up one of the pins. Tried pushing it with a needle and grabbing it with tweezers. It won't come back up. This time, as it's a paid for unit, I'm not going to try opening it up myself. I've contacted CS who were very helpful and friendly and they are arranging for me to return it.

Despite these issues I absolutely love the VIM. So much so I just pre-ordered the slate and powder blue. Any chance of a titanium pin and spring upgrade? :lol1:

Today i took a puff on the vim and got a taste of melted plastic turns out the center plastic chimney had melted.

Does it look like the juice has maybe affected the tank, is the rest of the tank completely clear? If you contact CS they will replace and get it returned so I can take a look, and we can see what the issue is. They'll give a free post label and get a new tank out to you.

Im not really sure what happened.

I can't really tell from the pics. Best thing to do is contact CS, and they'll ship you out a new tank today. They will also get you a free post label, so if you have time, it would be good to get the melted one back to check the cause, but CS will get the new tank out straight away for you. I have said you'll be emailing, so just drop an email to [email protected]
