Well I did it, put the Oily Rags (American Spirit rollies) down and started Vaping- 5 weeks in and holding strong despite a few wobbles...have an Arc 4 , 6mg Juice (luvvin Kilo at the mo ) ...not feeling that much different but early days I suppose...hello everybody !...
