Wayne's Ecig Supplies

Just thought I'd add my 2 pence worth to this thread about my experience using Wayne's website...

I came across his site while searching high and low for a uk based company that had the Uwell Evdilo mod in stock. It was a bit pricier than other sites but after the 20% off discount code and free delivery it was more respectable.

As I had never used his site before I messaged him on his Facebook page and got a response very promptly so I took the plunge and ordered. I didn't get an item dispatched email so I emailed him to check and again I got a prompt response saying that it had been posted. My package arrived within 5 days and had a nice surprise of a free gift in it.

I understand that mistakes can happen when dealing with 100's of orders, but, I can only report a positive experience on this occasion and I will definitely be ordering from his site again in the future.
 
I thought I'd give this vendor a try and I recieved all items correct no problem whatso ever... The parcel took 4 or 5 days to get to me though
 
Ordered a Geekvape Zeus Dual RTA from Wayne last Saturday, had emails to say order confirmed then and Invoice for the order and money has been taken.
Emailed him to ask if the item had been dispatched and he said yes it has been and I should have a tracking number on my Invoice (there is no tracking number on the Invoice)
Emailed him again saying I have no tracking number and forwarded him a copy of the Invoice to show this.
Emailed him again today to ask for tracking number but as of yet still no replies, also messaged him on FB but no replies.
Starting to think this was a waste of time and might need to claim my money back through Paypal.
Hopefully I'm wrong and hes just busy and I'll actually receive what I ordered.

I would not worry to much mate every order i have placed with him takes a while to get to me .

these were removed from my recommended list after a handfull of bad feedback as posted earlier in this thread. this doesnt mean they are no good. they were active on here for a while then dissapeared. last time he has logged onto forum was november 2018
at the moment as far as i know tracking numbers are only their for the sender to see when they are received.
if he has said its been sent then give it a bit longer as there is massive backlogs with post and couriers.
 
To be fair to the chap, he gives me the impression of a sole trader doing his best. I've had pluses and minuses in dealings with him but I've always received my orders.
 
Thanks guys, I'm covered for a while with Paypal anyhoo so I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and hope that it will come at some point.

I deal with Wayne directly from a business perspective .. and he's a good customer of ours ..

Ive not used him from a customer perspective - but can report positively in the opposite direction.
 
I ordered a small item of not very high value(Vapefly jester spare pod). The money was taken and I was emailed to state, it had been sent. I waited at least 10 days and contacted him, to say I had not received the item. No q’s asked from him. He resent the item and it took a few days. I was surprised he did not ask any further questions, as In asking me to hang on while he investigated it further. I was communicating with him via FB messenger. He did not respond to emails and was a bit short and curt in his replies. Safe to say I would err on the side of caution before using again. As others have said he may be a one man band or possibly drop shipping some items. He certainly could benefit from some Customer service/retention skills.
