I have paid for a mod, it is now a week and have only received an email saying thank you I'll contact you soon. 5 times I've sent an email and no reply. Will be raising a complaint with PayPal and will have to blacken his name and company on social media. Appalling service.
not good to hear. personally ive never used them but added them to the recommended list by members feedback which was good at the time.
keep me updated as they can soon be removed from the list if the issue is not resolved soon.
 
Im sure ive used his ebay site for coils, very competitively priced and posts out item straight away

I've bought coils from him before, and as said no problem. Maybe on holiday, and hence delay?? Hope you can sort something out with him. [emoji4]
 
He's had 12 negative feedback in the past 30 days.

Feedback is there for a reason...

I've used him a few times and he's always been fine. Yes he's had some bad feedback (13), but to be fair, he's also had a lot of good feedback (380).

So he's had yet another negative since I posted this morning. Having a fantastic month it seems. :2thumbsup:

If 13 negative in a month with multiple customers being completely ignored until they file claims is acceptable to someone, that's fine. Personally, I wouldn't go anywhere near him. Plenty of sellers out there who don't fuck over and ignore any of their customers.

Yes I have to agree when you put it like that. I would be appalled with those stats in my business, and it would be my priority to ensure that those 13 issues were resolved to the customers' satisfaction, or better.

I guess once you start mailing out 500 items a month, it becomes more likely things will go wrong. My guess is that he just can't be arsed to sort the mistakes / missing parcels out.
