well... the package finally arrived but... wrong order delivered
I ordered a Geekvape Zeus Dual RTA and he has sent a Geekvape Zeus X RTA
Honestly shouldnt have bothered ordering from him, not only has it took ages to come its wrong when it does

Get in contact with them to tell them of the mistake, worst case you have to send back and wait for the dual, best case he may say keep the Zeus x and we will send you dual, or if he ain't got the dual anymore may just say keep it and will issue a refund, worth an email just to see what happensits annoying, obviously the Dual is quite an old tank now but its one I really like and when I found he was still selling them I jumped at the chance, I already have the Zeus X and tbh it doesnt come close to the Dual for me.
I'm sitting here thinking wether I can be arsed with the hassle of sending it back then having to wait again or do I just keep it and put it down to a learning experience.
Hey, just wanted to add my recent experience here:
I placed two orders, four items and ~300 GBP in total and all of them were wrong (two in color, one in material, one rda in size).
Exactly one answer on my multiple mails, no reaction on IG messages.
Most frustrating thing is that even though he shipped all of them wrong and paypal judged the case in my favor, he doesn't acknowledge his mistake and now I'm the one who has to pay for the return label while it's completely on him.
So from my experience I'd highly recommend against him.
Sadly they don't, they expect the buyer to pay for shipping too (not taking their "12 times a year refunded returns" program into account). Maybe that only applies to germany though.paypal should give you a return label.
