34,000 signatures so far is amazing. But what else can we do to push it up into the hundreds of thousands? We only have a few more days to make a real impact. This afternoon we sent a mailer with a flyer our to all of the vendors who use the site asking that t that they will send it on to their customers, put it up in their shops etc. If you have a brick and mortar store or want to share this poster on social media or anywhere else then please go for it.

Are there any other ways that we can publicise this as much as possible elsewhere? I am social media dullard, I don't like it but I did notice that I have a big drum and bass DJ in my friends list on FB and it got me thinking...

Is there anything to be had by plastering this poster or a link to an article on POTV as widely on FB as we can?

Do any of you have any famous or influential people who might lend some weight to this campaign?

Are any of you members of any very busy groups or on other forums with different interest groups where this could be highlighted?

Can people post on any famous people's walls to see if they will share it?

Just about to put a quick piece together about signing the petition and writing to a random peer so that we can put it out in a solo newsletter on Monday so if I can get that up today could we post links to that and share it around again to make even more people aware of what is going on that would be great.

What we could do to make it a bit more fun is to offer up some gear that we were saving for a bit TPD giveaway - the person who gets the most shares or gets the person with the biggest social media following to get behind this campaign will win the gear. What do you think?

If anyone else has any other ideas about what we can do please post here and we can then get started this evening...

A message should be coming out to everyone who signed the petition from the organisers, have just spoken to them and they want to target some key labour shadow cabinet members to get support for Lord Callanan and to see if they will back our cause.

We still have a lot to do and not much time to do it so get your thinking caps on!

Shared the top one on my fb page.

Out of the dozen or so vapers I've encountered at work, only 1 had heard of the TPD, and he had no idea what it was about. Needless to say I gave them the spiel, but whether is sank in or not, only time will tell.

Contact someone at the BBC for a note at the start / end of the Horizon program?
They may not do as 'un-biased' but worth a shout?

Someone tweet Samuel L Jackson and hope for loads of re-tweets? (I don't do twitter etc.)
I know he is American but probably the 'biggest' vaper I can think of.

im not on twitter but could someone tweet richard hammond and heres a few more celebs that vape http://www.rainbowvapes.co.uk/blogs/news/18119795-a-few-celebrities-with-electronic-cigarettes

You've also got;
Tom Hardy
Mel B
Charlie Sheen
Michelle Rodriguez
Johnny Depp
John Cusack
Jack Black
Nick Clegg
Dave Navarro
Colin Farrell

And thats about all I've got. I've tweeted most if not all of these before and got sweet FA back- apart from Dave Navarro who re tweeted it. Although I do hear John Cusack and Jack Black can be quite outspoken for our American cousins at times.
