What's new

Welcome to the family

Squonking is great, the wonderful sense of dripping with the usefulness of a bottle of juice attached.

Great collection you have Tom, feeling very green!

Really feel like I have found my feet with the squonk, the gear has come a very long way in just a year. I'm able to get the flavour I'm after from RDAs at last with the relative convenience of tanks.

As said above though there are some excellent starter devices available for reasonable money.

Yes Tom totally agree.. "Reasonable money" ??? We will row about this particular comment when we next meet...
Took your advice and pulled the trigger this week after a lot of research and consideration...
You need to give your left bollock for a frankie if you can find one so I went for...... Well photo below in its present state so you will know where I got it.. Just chose the block, 4-6 weeks should be with me..
And talking of reasnable money I picked up an "O" atty this week in anticipation... I will manage to get by on one kidney I hope.

Been eyeing squonking as my possible next money sink. To prevent myself from saving my hard earned, measly paycheck or worse, use it towards something that truly means a thing in life. What's a reasonable step up in quality for a regulated squonk mod? One that isn't a Chinese mass produced mod that can fly to the moon, while creaking and getting freakishly hot, but only for two weeks before it breaks down, forcing you to try to decipher a two page google translated manual to realize you're screwed. But also one that isn't a full on premium stabwood box made by blind cave dwelling monks in a series of eight and where you have to be golfing buddy with Richard Branson to get on a waiting list?

Haha reasonable is very subjective but a dripmod for £20, add a bottom feed atty either second hand or new for around £30-40 and away you go.
Yes the Frankie is not the easiest to come by as they are popular for a reason but the good news is that modders like Runt mods, Octopus mods, Angkulter mods, bolt mod, Army and Rock mods all produce very good 3D printed alternatives at reasonable prices. (Others are available).
Look forward to seeing your new set up and the O atty imo is just brilliant. Excellent flavour and build quality.
Look forward to our next meet mate[emoji106]

As above I would check out on Facebook:

Runt Mods-Random lists
Octopus-seem to be producing fairy regular
Rock mods-as above

The bottom fed RDA makes the difference so depending on your preferred vaping style I would advise putting the majority of your hard earned cash into that. A fancy mod without a decent atty will not equal a good experience. If you give us an idea of the set ups you currently enjoy it will help to guide you to some choices that will suit[emoji106]

First, thanks for offering to help me out. My starting options at the current is a Tsunami (which I guess can be fitted with a hollow pin), an Aqua V2 (don't know if this can be used) or a Hadaly. The latter seems to make most sense but it's still in the mail. I'd be surprised if I hate it but I haven't actually tried it yet. I'm usually in the 0.4-1.5 range for flavor.
