Wasn’t long at all to be honest. Less than half a boro I think. I know some say it takes longer so maybe I’ve been lucky? I’m still testing it out with different profiles but I can see why people like it. Just need to sort out the draw

Intresting. What power do you break them in? And what power do you run them at when broken in?

Asking lots of questions as im going to throw my 2nd 0.5 coil in, first one took about 2 tanks to break in cos i was being a bit too cautious n scared

Vapeshell with a 0.6 simple roundwire build in.

Just noticed it doesn't look like it's joined very well, but no leaking so I'll leave it be for now.

Using LegioX Cervisia but a 50/50 version at 9mg. Lovely!

I think I started at 18 watts way below and worked slowly up from there. Happy at 25 watts now. I do find the coils have their own take on flavour. They don’t necessarily mute the flavour just pronounce it differently if that makes sense? They aren’t going to match rebuildables but this is the closest thing yet.
I hope none of the mtl people see I’ve gone above 20 watts. I’ll never be able to show my face again

Yes i completely agree, the flavours are different in these. Not a bad thing but you get to taste the flavour in a different way with these coils

Try the EUC traditional clapton 0.5 ohm coil, which is Kanthal and cotton......I prefer them, I found the ceramic's done well with fruits and anise n the like, once broke in (but still that annoying taste was present now and again).....but they were poor on desserts and tobacco's.... the traditional clapton 0.5 ohm coil is for me a better all rounder.

Thats the thing, i vape mainly fruits, anise etc. Hardly ever do deserts or tobacco. I really didnt like the claptons. Only bought a pack of them to get the adaptor to use on the ceramoc coils. Might try another clapton out to see if its any better this time round. I found the flavour quite poor and flat
