Wife ordered me one from them on the 4th November for a Christmas present, still hasn't been dispatched and they're not responding to any of her emails. Maybe the PayPal dispute will get their attention.

You can get a bf pin from www.signaturetips.co.uk they are in stock, unlike the vapor-z ones, I ordered one yesterday and it came today, the pins are £8 and then £1.86 for postage, hope that helps you out, but vapor-z says there goon pins will be in stock on the 25th of this month, so if you have already ordered and not in a rush for the pin then just hold on till then and I m sure they will send you your pin once it's in stock...

No reply to any of my wifes facebook messages

Their web site now lists the Goon as unavailable yet still no refund. Wife is seriously pissed cos she can't afford to buy it elsewhere till she gets her money back.

I've tagged them on UKS and linked it to here so hopefull they will get back to me or you. Not sure what has happened, I'm sure it is an oversight as everything I have read really does sing their praises

An email was sent by myself at the time and I have had no response.
I will endeavour to send another email but if the threat of a PayPal dispute is how this customer wants to act they are more than welcome to there money back.
